Rosie is at Symmetry Mental Health on Mondays and Fridays and is accepting new clients.
Rosie enjoys working with young people and adults to promote self-understanding and compassion and to develop a flexible set of skills to experience and face life’s challenges. Rosie believes in a holistic, client centred approach in supporting her clients as they move towards a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. Rosie has interests in interpersonal difficulties and relationships, life transitions, personality disorders, mood disorders, body image and disordered eating, neurodivergence and physical health challenges. Rosie is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and always prioritises creating a safe therapy space and trauma-informed care.
Rosie uses a Schema Therapy approach while integrating components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) therapy where helpful. Rosie currently works in both public and private mental health settings and is undergoing her registrar program for endorsement in clinical psychology.
