Online or in-person, this is designed to have time for assessment, formulation and to meet regularly to work on reducing symptoms. The directors of the practice have also achieved supervision level.

Online or in-person, this is designed to have time for assessment, formulation and to meet regularly to work on reducing symptoms. Senior psychologists have been practicing for a minimum of 4 years.

Rebates

Currently with a mental health care plan clients are eligible for up to 10 Medicare rebates during the 2024 calendar year. You may also be able to access private health insurance if you are not eligible for Medicare rebates or simply if you prefer to access sessions privately. You cannot use Medicare AND private health insurance for the same session.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a cancellation policy at Symmetry Mental Health. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you can no longer make it to your appointment. This is so that we can continue to provide flexibility for you, but to also provide an opportunity for your cancelled appointment to be filled by another client.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee applies for appointments cancelled where there is less than 48 hours notice provided. A cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee applies for appointments cancelled where there is less than 24 hours notice provided. Cancellation fees will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment.
