Our approach
Symmetry Mental Health Network is about connecting clients with psychologists who care; who embody within the therapeutic process our values of community, integrity, authenticity, celebration, collaboration and playfulness.
We are a community of Psychologists who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health network, we assist adults, children and families by providing therapy, assessment, diagnosis and counselling. We provide a safe space for people of all backgrounds and welcome gender, sexual and cultural diversity. Let us help you connect with one of our Psychologists who is a great therapeutic fit and is available to see you, in-person at our practice in Carlton or online.

Providing you with a safe space to relax
Our terrace is a space designed to help you immediately feel calm and nurtured. Take a seat in our waiting room on the ground floor and help yourself to some tea. Your psychologist will then welcome you into their practice room to begin your appointment.
In-person and telehealth options
Our office is conveniently located at 198 Drummond St, Carlton, Victoria. The practice is within walking distance to trams (96 on Nicholson) and trains (Parliament station). Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with telehealth.
